
What is Aikido?
Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art. It is unique in that it utilizes circular movements and uses an attackers own energy and momentum to your own advantage. It is the perfect martial art for men, women and children. There are many practitioners in Japan that practice well into their 90's. It is a great form of self defense, stress relief, physical fitness, and personal growth.

Can visitors come to watch a class?
Of course, visitors are welcome to come, relax and watch a class at any time. Our program advisor will help you choose the classes that are right for you.

How much is it going to cost?
Pricing is based upon whatever program you choose to participate in. These programs range from those just beginning to the more advanced black belt training.
Do you have a beginners class?
We have both introductory beginner's classes and fundamental classes where beginners to advanced students work on movement and techniques in a slow, smooth, controlled manner.
Are children and adults mixed in a class?
We have separate classes for children and adults. Our adult classes are for those 18 and over or on a case by case basis based upon the Chief Instructor's approval.
